When the owner of ZAPIZZA! started making pizza 28 years ago, he decided to seek out the very best sauce money could buy. It was decided to use a California canner who is very well known for its superior quality of fresh, in season tomatoes, not from concentrate. ZAPIZZA! adds a specially formulated, 100% natural spice pack the owner developed to give his pizza that extra special and unique taste that no one else can match.

ZAPIZZA! is proud to serve Bellissimo brand pizza cheese. It is a special blend hand picked by the owner of ZAPIZZA! Cheese has to melt consistently throughout the entire pizza pie without becoming greasy or brittle. ZAPIZZA! cheese is a blend of 3 cheeses, Mozzarella, Provolone, and Cheddar - all produced in the State of Wisconsin, the cheese capital of the world. In addition, ZAPIZZA! Market & Eatery also uses freshly grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses on pizza.
