ZAPIZZA! Market & Eatery has just announced their new Food Replacement Guarantee for delivery orders.  You can now order take out from ZAPIZZA! with the complete confidence that if a mistake should be made, no matter who is working, you will have your problem fixed!

 

 

ZAPIZZA! is proud to announce its Food Replacement Guarantee for Delivery Orders.  ZAPIZZA! strives to make your food exactly as ordered, and is proud to say that 99.9% of all orders go out correctly.  However, once in a great while the human factor comes in to play and a mistake is made.  In the event this should occur with your order, we would like to have the opportunity to make a correction in a manner that is fair to both parties.  Therefore, this is our Food Replacement Guarantee to you:

Missing Item or Ingredient  We require you to call back same day.  We will re-deliver missing item as soon as possible.  If there is a missing ingredient we will replace the entire item.  There will be no charge for the missing item and no charge for re-delivery.  If time does not permit a re-deliver within a reasonable time, we will either adjust your credit card or if you paid cash, we will mail you a gift certificate for the amount you paid.  Please note:  We have no access to credit card information for online order customers.

Order Made Wrong, Not What You Ordered, Poor Quality Due To Late Arrival, Food Not Hot  We require you to call back same day. We will re-deliver a new order to you as soon as possible.  There will be no charge for the new order and no charge for re-delivery.  If time does not permit a re-delivery within a reasonable time, and you can eat what we sent you, we will either void your credit card for your entire order or if you paid cash we will mail you a gift certificate for the value of your entire order.  Please note:  We have no access to credit card information for online order customers.

THE ABOVE APPLIES TO PREPARED FOOD ONLY, EXCLUDES SNACKS, GROCERIES, & BEVERAGES.  YOUR COMPUTER GENERATED RECEIPT WILL HAVE THE FINAL SAY ON WHETHER OR NOT A MISTAKE WAS MADE; SO WE REQUIRE YOU TO VERIFY WHAT IS BEING INPUTTED TO OUR COMPUTER BY ASKING FOR YOU ORDER TO BE READ BACK.  OTHERWISE THIS GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID.  FURTHER, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD ALLERGIES UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY ALERT US WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.
